Brake Caliper Decal Installation Instructions

Peel Off the Backing: Gently peel off the backing paper from the decal, exposing the adhesive side. Take care not to touch the adhesive surface with your fingers to prevent oil or dirt transfer.
Apply the Decal: Slowly lower the decal onto the caliper surface, starting from one edge and gradually pressing down with your fingers or a squeegee to remove any air bubbles. Work from the center outward to ensure a smooth application.
Smooth Out Wrinkles: If you notice any wrinkles or bubbles, use a squeegee or credit card to gently smooth them out, working from the center toward the edges.
Heat Set (Optional): If using a heat gun or hairdryer, apply gentle heat to the decal while continuing to press it down with the squeegee. This helps the adhesive bond securely to the caliper surface. You may also spray a coat of clear coat on top of the vinyl and calipers to make it last even longer
Final Touches: After applying the decal and ensuring it's smooth and secure, use a clean cloth to lightly press down on the entire decal, ensuring firm adhesion.
Let It Cure: Allow the decal to cure and bond to the caliper surface according to the manufacturer's instructions. Avoid washing or exposing the caliper to water or extreme conditions until the adhesive has fully set.
