1. Returns and Refunds

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: We accept returns and provide refunds only for products that are defective or incorrect. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at stickymakerco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

  • Process: Upon receiving your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Photos must be provided to prove the defective or incorrect item. Once we inspect the photographed item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement item.

  • All Sales Final: Please note that all sales are final for non-defective products. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that are not defective or incorrect.
